Many homes are "open concept," with no doors or walls separating the main living areas. 

 

If your piano is located in this type of space, please note:  there can be no activity within these areas during a Piano Tuning appointment.

This includes talking, cooking, cleaning, doing dishes, watching TV, etc.

If you are in a room that is far enough away from the piano, and the room has a door that can be closed, then normal activity can occur in there.
